Walking home from the parking ramp after a long day of work and play, Chloe followed our shadows on the concrete lot and blurted to me, "Mommy, you look skinny in your shadow!"
Doua said he's sure she meant to cheer me up with that statement because I always complain about my distorted pregnant figure. Don't get me wrong, I love being pregnant, but yes, it does leave a big dent in my self esteem.
Well at least now I have my shadows to turn to for a boost of confidence.
